Scots Gold Summertini
This beautiful golden cocktail is perfect to have while watching the summer sunset (or any sunset!). A complex and bold cocktail. The addition of the elderflower liqueur adds a beautiful floral note that counteracts the slightly smokey notes of the Scots Gold 8 Year Old.
Ingredients
1 Serving
45 ml
Scots Gold 8 Year Old
20 ml
Elderflower liqueur
15 ml
Sherry
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Method
In a mixing glass with ice, add in Scots Gold 8 Year Old, elderflower liqueur, sherry and a couple of dashes of bitters.
Stir well.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Enjoy.
