Ingredients

60 ml
Scots Gold 12 Year Old
30 ml
Lemon juice
115 ml
Soda
2 ml
Simple syrup (or 0.5 teaspoon)
Method
In a cocktail shaker, combine the whisky, lemon juice and simple syrup.
Shake well.
Fill a highball (or any other tall glass) with ice.
Strain the mixture into the glass.
Top up with the soda and enjoy.
