The creation of master bartender Masahiko Endo of Hong Kong's Mizunara: The Library.  Oriental Gold is Masahiko Endo’s visualisation of the harmony between East and West cultures.

The pairing of the nutty and citrus taste of Scot’s Gold with the light floral aroma of Jasmine tea perfectly balance & complement each other.

Ingredients

1 Serving
40 ml Scots Gold Black Label
30 ml Jasmine tea
1 sugar cube
1 Dash of Peychaud Bitter

Serving

Method

Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass with sugar cubes.

Muddle the ingredients together until the sugar has "dissolved" and is incorporated with the mix.

Add ice and stir well.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve.
