Apple Whisky Sour
A fruity twist to the beloved whisky sour! Scots Gold Red Label is beautifully light and fresh with notes of fruit and toffee. Making it the ideal whisky to use in our apple whisky sour. While we haven't included egg white in our recipe, feel free to add it if you fancy!
Ingredients
1 Serving
50 ml
Scots Gold Red Label
20 ml
Apple juice
15 ml
Lemon juice
10 ml
Simple Syrup

Mint leaves (optional)
1
Lemon slice
Method
In a shaker with ice, add all the ingredients.
Shake vigorously.
Strain into a glass with ice.
Optional: Garnish with mint leaves and slice of lemon.
