Godfather
A super simple cocktail using scotch whisky and amaretto, the Godfather is a classic whisky cocktail from the 1970s, named after Francis Ford Coppola's famed film. For a sweeter drink, use equal parts scotch and amaretto but we think you can't go wrong with a little more scotch!
Ingredients

60 ml
Scots Gold 12 Year Old
20 ml
Amaretto
1
Orange zest
Method
In a glass with ice, Add Scots Gold and Amaretto.
Stir well.
Garnish with a zest of orange.
Serve and enjoy.
