The 2019 Scotch Whisky Masters results are in and we are incredibly happy to announce that Scots Gold Black label and Scots Gold 8-Year-Old have both won medals! Our wonderful 8 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky was awarded a gold medal and Scots Gold Black label has been given the prestigious and sought after Master medal!

The Scotch Whisky Masters are annually held and presented by the highly-reputable trade magazine, The Spirits Business, and are judged in a blind taste test by some of the best and most influential figures across the whisky industry, including head bartenders, buyers, drink consultants, restaurant managers, and drinks media personnel.

Scots Gold Black label was awarded the first Master of the day, where it won over the judges with its sophisticated flavour profile and value for money. Tobias Gorn, Director Chapman and Gorn and Drinks Competition & IWSC Panel Chair commented that “This level of complexity and elegance is great to see at this price point.”
