Fun fact: every single entrant in the competition is judged not only by taste but also undergoes a chemical analysis to ensure that the product will maintain its quality over time and that no illegal additives are added to enhance the flavours. Ensuring that the winning spirits remain up to an award-winning standard as the years past!
